Cavalry Engineering, P.C. (CEP) is a fast‐growing Long Island-based civil engineering consulting firm. Lead by Pablo Rodriguez, PE, CEP was founded in 2019 with the intent to provide high‐quality engineering. Pablo founded CEP with the discipline of his former military training as a US Army combat engineer soldier, and extensive experience working for various highly respected Long Island Engineering Consulting firms. Pablo has assembled a professional team with exceptional technical ability and problem‐solving skills that will deliver quality service and positive results. With over 15 years of experience in the public and private sector which range from water resources projects, land development, and building design and construction projects. CEP is certified as a Minority‐Owned Business (MBE) and Service‐Disabled Veterans Owned Business (SDVOB) from New York State and Suffolk County. As a young firm, CEP is eager and ready to build long‐term relationships with our current and potential partners by providing our services with professionalism, commitment, and dedication to a successful project.
